- +Designed and built Kaufland's automated video pipeline end to end: a Remotion API layer on BullMQ and Redis, VRAM budgeting for a GPU-hungry three.js renderer, and the GPU render servers underneath it
- +Own the platform's technical direction and every architectural decision
- +Run DevOps, server infrastructure and the GPU render fleet
- +Built the company's internal infrastructure unprompted: Matrix for encrypted internal comms, Tailscale to close off internal systems, a self-hosted one-time-secret service, and MauBot piping Sentry, GitHub and Stripe alerts into channel
- +Onboarded and now mentor the company's first other engineer
- +Cover legal, GDPR and parts of finance, which is the reality of a three-person company

- +Extended the platform into Product Shots (preset-based product image generation) and Videos (current AI video models across configurations)
